财务办公室 & 政府 is tasked with ensuring the proper treatment and handling of the finances for 埃尔迈拉大学. Our primary mission is to provide sound budgeting in order to reach our goals and provide our students the best possible experience.
The Purchasing Department collaborates with every department to ensure that the purchase and administration of College products and services are acquired in accordance with policy. 埃尔迈拉大学 participates in cooperatives in order to receive the best products at the best price available. Purchases in excess of $25,000 require three bids while purchases in excess of $125,000 require a formal bid from a vendor. The specification to all bids will be posted on 埃尔迈拉大学's Bidnet page.
